What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal and other secure online payment options.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada.
What is your return policy?
Products are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of original purchase with proof of purchase. All products must be unopened and in their original packaging. If you're unsure of which shade, colour etc. to buy contact support.
How much is shipping and delivery?
Shipping outside of our delivery range is a $15 flat rate shipping through Canada Post. Orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping. Free local delivery is offered for orders within a 10km radius of Myrtle Point. Outside of this area is a $10 delivery fee for orders under $150.
When are the delivery days?
Deliveries are fulfilled on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays between 9am-12pm.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to offering cruelty-free products. We only support ethical and sustainable beauty brands that do not test on animals.
Do you offer samples or testers?
While we don't offer samples or testers for orders, we strive to provide detailed product descriptions and one on one support to help you make informed purchasing decisions. If you'd like a tester of a product fill out a contact form and we can attach one on your next order.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We offer a range of products suitable for various skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend reviewing the ingredients list and conducting patch tests before using new products, especially if you have specific allergies or sensitivities.
